1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us by email at: info@florea.lt before the 14-day period expires.

2. Exceptions for Cosmetic Products

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed cosmetic or hygiene products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

If the protective seal, packaging, or product integrity has been broken, opened, or used, the item is not eligible for return.

Unopened and unused cosmetic products may be returned within 14 days.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• In their original packaging

• In resalable condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. return shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days

• The refund will be made using the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@florea.lt

We may request photos for verification.

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund, including shipping costs

7. Return procedure

you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returned products must be sent to the address Geležinkelio g. 53, Švenčionėliai, Lithuania

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

8. Diminished value goods

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably required for inspection, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold by MB “Florea” are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

Under this guarantee, consumers are entitled to remedies in the event that goods are defective or not in conformity with the contract. This legal guarantee applies independently of the right of withdrawal described above.
