Florea offers natural cosmetic and botanical products, including hydrosols and other plant-based goods.

Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur due to natural ingredients and small-batch production.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Florea reserves the right to:

--refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors,

--cancel orders if products are out of stock,

--contact customers if clarification is needed

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).

Payment methods are processed securely through third-party providers.

Florea does not store payment card details.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within [1–3 business days].

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping provider.

Florea is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws:

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

However, this right does not apply to:

--opened cosmetic products,

--used items,

--products with broken hygiene seals.

Returned products must be:

--unused,

--in original packaging,

--in resellable condition.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective.

7. Product Safety & Use

All products are intended for external use only.

Customers are responsible for:

--checking ingredient lists,

--performing patch tests if sensitive to cosmetic products.

Florea is not liable for misuse or allergic reactions if product instructions were not followed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, branding, logos) belongs to Florea and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Florea is not liable for:

--indirect damages,

--losses resulting from misuse of products,

--delays caused by third parties.

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Lithuanian jurisdiction.
